Improv Lab at The Empress Hotel, Fitzroy.  3pm to 5pm. $15 plus one off $5 membership fee (because, insurance).

Improv is not about performing or being clever: Improv is being in the moment.  Think of it as mindfulness on the move.  It is a great way to relax your mind - really! All you have to do to be good at improv is to follow these simple rules.  There is no pressure on you, and it's fun.
