Lindberg Requiem -
The Australian Premiere
BottledSnail Productions is proud to present the Australian premiere of Nils Lindberg’s Requiem — a remarkable fusion of jazz and classical music, to be performed at the Williamstown Town Hall on Saturday 8 November 2025.
This unique event will bring together two BottledSnail projects — the Melbourne Lawyers’ Big Band (led by Yvonne Kushnir, conducted by Joe O'Callaghan) and Habeas Chorus (led by Kathryn Sutherland and Susie Kelly) — in a special collaborative performance.
We are currently inviting expressions of interest for singers to join a 40-voice SATB choir (10 singers per part), drawn primarily from the BottledSnail community.
The tone of the project is uplifting, collaborative and polished — we’re looking for people who are ready to commit to a shared musical vision. Further information about the rehearsal schedule and participation requirements is set out below.
If you'd like to be part of this project - in a choral capacity (or otherwise) please express your interest using this Expression of Interest Form.
